We are fueled by passion and inspire kids to feel confident, be creative, and soar to their highest potential. Our classes and videos are high energy, super engaging, encouraging and imaginative. We incorporate dance and movement, imagination exercises and fitness elements into every class and use playlists that inspire the fun. 

As parents, we know how hard it is to keep your kiddos engaged, active and inspired. We're here to help give you that much needed break and help your kiddos "shake out the sillies", refocus and soar.

Ms. Allie is absolutely amazing! It takes a lot to keep my son’s interest and she managed to teach both my son and daughter (who are different ages) at the same time and keep them both engaged at all times.  Her enthusiasm and love of dance is contagious.  We adore her.
